HOUSE BILL NO. 434                                                            
"An Act requiring drug testing for applicants for and recipients of           
assistance under the Alaska temporary assistance program; and                  
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 434(JUD)                                                
"An Act relating to family self-sufficiency plans under the Alaska            
temporary assistance program; relating to the assessment of                    
recipients of assistance under the Alaska temporary assistance                 
program for the use of alcohol and controlled substances and                   
compliance with recommendations of the assessment as a                         
condition of the recipient's family self-sufficiency plan; and                 
providing for an effective date."
